According to the college students’ employment threshold increase, all collegesand universities in the practice path of cultivation of different pre-employment ability.In academic circles, experts and scholars also hold a variety of views, the authorcollected the relevant academic literature from the point of view, mostly withenvironment, occupation career planning curriculum reform from the optimization ofthe social setting, the reorganization of teaching staff structure of three levels directlyacross to imitate the western individual training in colleges and universities.
