With the expansion of graduate students' enrollment,graduate students are no longer "rare items" in society,and the graduates' employment situation will also become increasingly serious.Among them,the pedagogy postgraduates are in embarrassing situation in the job market because of the discipline,social and their own reasons.Among the numerous factors that influence the pedagogy postgraduates' employment,the employability has always been the focus study of scholars at home and abroad.In this study,questionnaire surveys and follow-up interviews on students,teachers and employers respectively were conducted.The results showed that:1.There are differences in evaluation of different subjects towards employability performance of pedagogy postgraduates.On the whole,the three subjects have the highest evaluation towards job attitudes,and the lowest evaluation towards job seeking abilities.Among them,the highest scores were focused on Mandarin skills,loyalty,honesty and sense of responsibility,and the lowest scores were focused on scientific research and innovation.The differences among the three subjects are that teachers' evaluation towards professional abilities and job seeking abilities are significantly higher than those of students.Students' self-evaluation towards general abilities are significantly higher than those of employers.Teachers and students' evaluation towards job seeking abilities are significantly higher than those of employers.2.There are differences in the pedagogy postgraduates' employability with different backgrounds.Among them,boys and girls have advantages on different items;Senior students have significant higher scores than the junior students;The influence of work experience is not obvious;Students with cadres experience generally have higher scores than those without.3.There are no significant differences in evaluation of different subjects towards the importance of employability.On the whole,the sequence of the four dimensions in employability is professional abilities,job attitudes,general abilities and job seeking abilities on importance evaluation by students,teachers and employers,and there are no significant differences in the sequence among different subjects towards the importance of each dimension.But different subjects have a certain focus on different items of employability.For example,students pay more attention to learning ability,however,employers pay more attention to teamwork.This study suggests that the cognitive differences among social subjects towards the pedagogy postgraduates' employability are based on different circumstances and positions.Therefore,the three subjects should pay attention to such differences and take the following measures to promote the graduates' employment: The pedagogy postgraduates should carefully write papers and enhance the comprehensive ability;strengthen teamwork,cultivate collective consciousness;treat gender differences properly and show their own advantages.Colleges and universities should focus on graduates and promote the career guidance;enrich the teaching methods and introduce inquiry and cooperative learning mode;establish the employability files and record the development of students' abilities.Employers should communicate with universities promptly and provide graduates' job performance feedback;treat the weakness of graduates' employability properly and provide more opportunities for internship and pre-job training.
