Study On The Employment Ability Of College Students Of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

This thesis takes the college and university students of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example to survey and analyze the status of employment ability of college and university students as well as the status of employment ability of college and university students of Inner Mongolia with the method of data analysis and questionnaire survey. The problems that the requirement employing units and the employment ability of the college students are inconsistent and that college students lack the employment ability are found. Aiming at the problems, the analysis of the problems and its causes are taken, with the principles of public affairs management, from the aspects of society (including national policy, regional features of Inner Mongolia, employing units), the aspect of college and university (including Employment Sector of college and university, Teachers in Colleges and Universities, University Professional Training Program) and the aspect of individual students (including Psychological quality, professional quality, professional moral qualities). Based on these, some solutions are put forward as follow:Social unit should provide all aspects of favorable conditions for the students and the government should provide more support for the employment policies for college students; university employment sectors should hold simulate job fairs and make comprehensive evaluation system of employment ability of college and university student; college and university students should improve their abilities from mental ability and personal abilities, etc. actively and comprehensively. These countermeasures could improve the employment ability of college and university students comprehensively and integrally. At last, the author sums-up the discussion of whole thesis, and gets the conclusion that society, school and individual should pay attention of the employment ability of the college and university students to ease the pressure of obtaining jobs.
