Study On Sports Foreign Aid In The Liberal World

In this study, using the research methods of literature, historical research, logicalanalysis, the liberal international relations theory of sports foreign aid interdisciplinarytheory based on the basis of the system, in the course of development, grasp of liberalinternational relations theory, the core content, analysis of the direction and effect ofconstruction the foreign assistance policy of sports, and from the development ofphilosophy, the formulation and implementation of these three aspects is discussed.Theresults were as follows:Firstly, based on an in-depth analysis of the core concept of liberalism theory, theconstruction of sports foreign aid policy from the policy formulation of the idea, policyformulation and policy implementation three latitude enlightenment. The core idea ofliberalism is cooperation, which emphasizes the importance of the system, and thinks thatthe system is the effective mechanism to safeguard cooperation.Relying on the guidanceof the liberal theory, sports foreign aid will gradually from the original aid to cooperation,so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win.Secondly, Secondly, based on the theoretical basis of the cognition of China Sportsforeign aid, on China’s history of African countries sports foreign aid evolution course andadvocates the concept of summarizing and reviewing, and from the point of view of theliberalism of the interpretation. Since there are no common interests, the basis of the sameinterests lies in the developing countries.Both sides realized that only cooperation candevelop together.Therefore, China’s aid to the African countries is a kind of cooperativerelationship, in accordance with the concept of free aid, that is, from the aid to cooperation,the ultimate pursuit of mutual benefit and common development. Based on the present,focus on the long term, in order to better development of both sides, China’s aid to theAfrican should always adhering to "mutual benefit and common development" newconcept on the basis of their common value.
