The new curriculum standard of Ideological and moral lessons of junior high school put forward clearly, emotion experience and the moral practice is the most important student two ways of learning. The teacher should be good at creating rich education situation, guide the students through their own observation, experience, feelings and inquiry, independent access to knowledge and learn to be a noble man. Therefore, in teaching teachers must create a design that can stimulate students’ interest in learning situation, the only way to arouse the learning enthusiasm of students, so as to realize the efficient teaching junior high school ideological and moral lesson.In this paper, through the research from the ideological and moral course in junior high school has been situated teaching, combined with their own teaching practice, trying to find the existence of the current practice of teaching in the common problems, and strives to dig the causes of the problem, in order to more effectively improve the effectiveness of the science classroom situational teaching. Using the research problem of this paper mainly from four aspects to explore the method of situational teaching content related legal sense in Ideological and moral lessons of junior high school. One is the review of theoretical study through the related content to explain the situation teaching method, the two is the analysis of the existing problems and reasons analysis of creating teaching situation of current legal knowledge of Ideological and moral lessons of junior high school related content, the three is the analysis of the situation teaching method exploration and practice in the application of legal knowledge related to the contents of Ideological and moral lessons of junior high school, four is the reflection on the study of the situational teaching method used in the legal sense of moral education in junior middle school related content.
