Abstract:Along with the rapid development of current social science and technology, all kinds of online communication software emerge in endlessly, well catered to the general public demands for social interaction, combined with the mobile terminal expansion, make all kinds of new media shows powerful vitality is very different with traditional media. Traditional media era, the media dissemination of information to the audience the audience can only simply to accept information, this kind of communication is one-way. And the emergence of new media makes great changes have taken place in this kind of pattern, everyone is not only the information of the receiver, is also the disseminator of information, at the same time can also interact online, and this kind of communication is a two-way street. Since Weibo appeared before access to information such as newspapers, magazines, radio and television has received the serious impact, the traditional media’s market share in the drastically. In numerous new media, WeChat is undoubtedly one of the most popular stars. So in the new media environment, the WeChat why can be the most popular, what is its audience use WeChat r demand, WeChat brought how to change their way of life, are worth studying.This article uses the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, using a combination of questionnaire and focus interview, in the selection of several universities in Tianjin district a total of500undergraduate and graduate students has carried on the questionnaire survey, interview focuses on20of them, from the perspective of the theory of "use and satisfaction", in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the WeChat users, users use the cause of the WeChat. Through the empirical data reveals that the WeChat brings to the audience in terms of "use and satisfaction" psychological satisfaction. At the same time, the letter points out the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, for the future development of WeChat introduced the authors own opinions.
