Cholesterol as an important part of a variety of hormones, vitamin, it is one of the key material of cellular immunity, and more an important component of the cell membrane structure and function, it has important significance and function to human body. At present, the domestic and foreign researchers is no longer a simple cholesterol is good or bad, but began to study the dynamic balance of cholesterol (or Homeostasis),That under normal physiological conditions, cholesterol should maintain in the higher biological cells in a fairly narrow concentration range. Mammalian body cholesterol concentration is too high or too low will affect the normal life activities. So in order to maintain this, regulatory mechanism of organism has a very precise in order to maintain the balance of cholesterol, so as to maintain normal hormone levels and normal structure and function of cell membrane. Objective:the experiment on rats for12weeks of high, medium and low intensity swimming experiment, the study of different exercise intensity on rat myocardial cell membrane cholesterol balance, the influence of the myocardial cell membrane stability, the influence of cholesterol and the relationship between myocardial cell membrane stability.Methods:40SD rats with into into four groups (10in each group), respectively:(1) the control group only10, no. C, conventional breeding, don’t try to exercise intervention.(2) low intensity exercise training group10, only number S, conventional breeding, plus15min swimming training every day.(3)10only moderate intensity exercise training group, number M, conventional breeding, plus30min swimming training every day.(4) high intensity exercise training group10, only number H, conventional breeding, plus60min swimming training every day. Results:the experimental results show that compared with the control group, large intensity in experimental rat myocardial cell membrane cholesterol concentration (4.24±0.17) increased significantly (P<0.01), the concentration of ABCA1(79.93±4.44), concentration of Na+-k+-ATPase (2.43±0.07) and plasma HDL concentration (72.62±7.38) are dropped significantly, and the statistical differences (P<0.01). Strength of medium and small experimental results, by contrast, the moderate intensity exercise test in rats after myocardial cell membrane cholesterol concentration (2.50±0.13) significantly decreased (P<0.01), the concentration of ABCA1(102.49±6.04), concentration of Na+-k+ATPase (6.70±0.20) and plasma HDL concentration (101.29±7.57) were significantly increased, and the statistical differences (P<0.01).Conclusion:thus analysis concluded that the large intensity motion block rat myocardial cell membrane cholesterol balance (4.24±0.17) to maintain, and the concentration of ABCA1(79.93±4.44) by influencing the cell membrane to influence cell membrane cholesterol metabolism, inhibit the synthesis of plasma HDL (72.62±7.38), thus influence the stability of cell membrane. Small and medium intensity exercise of myocardial cell membrane cholesterol balance and the stability of cell membrane has a promoting effect.
