The purpose of this thesis is analyzing the influences of trunk support stability training on body strength and dynamic balance of the swimmers.Most of the students majoring in physical education are swimming learners with short training period.And they did not have a good sense of water.During the learning phase,the stability of body and dynamic balance ability are poor in water which will cause many adverse movements,incorrect posture,error action,even injury during the training period.It is difficult to effectively improve the quality of swimming skill.trunk support stability training improves the strength of the trunk,while giving more attention to the delivery of human energy.It includes whether the technical action is in accordance with the transmission of the human power chain,and whether the body is the correct posture when making the effort.method: take education college grade 16 students as research objects of trunk muscle strength test and dynamic balance test.Screening out the weak aspects of research objects and do the targeted 8-week trunk stability training.Analyzing the index differences after and before test.Lastly,discussing the reasons.Results: Take the swimming college undergraduate student of the College of Education as the research object,carry out the strength test and dynamic balance test of the trunk muscles,screen out the athletes with weak strength and balance,and then carry out the targeted(8 weeks)torso support Stability training,analysis of differences in test indicators before and after special students and explore the reasons for its appearance.Results: 1.Comparing and analyzing the strength test results of trunk muscles before and after training in the experimental group,except for the two indicators of "back stretch" and "abdominal flexion",there was no significant difference,the trunk rotation(left,right),trunk lateral flexion(left There were significant differences between the two groups,and there were no significant differences in the control group's test indicators.2.Contrastive analysis before and after the training of the experimental group and the control group swimming special quality test indicators and the main item results.Six indicators of the experimental group test(breaststroke rower,freestyle rower,breaststroke kick,backstroke kick,freestyle kick and butterfly stroke There was a significant difference between the results of the beat and the main item;in the control group,there were only significant differences between the “freestyle rower” indicator and the breaststroke subject indicator.3.Before and after the training of the experimental group and control group's dynamic balance test index,the three test indexes(total standard deviation,standard deviation before and after,and left and right standard deviation)all had significant differences,while the control group had only significant differences in the left and right standard deviations..Conclusions: 1.From the test results of the two groups after training,the experimental group showed a greater increase in the trunk muscle strength than the control group,and the special quality index and the main item score were better,and the dynamic balance ability was even better.2.Analysis of the correlation between special quality performance indicators and trunk muscle strength and dynamic balance.The correlation between special quality performance indicators and trunk muscle strength is much higher than that of dynamic balance and its correlation.Torso pillar stability training significantly increases the torso muscle mass.The strength of stability has further increased its special quality as an important factor in the growth of its main item.3.Two kinds of trunk pillar training methods can effectively improve the strength,special quality and sports performance of the trunk muscles,but the former can significantly increase the muscle strength of the human torso muscle groups and improve the transmission efficiency of the trunk to the upper and lower extremity kinetic chain energy.The poor physical posture and the way to correct mistakes made the experimental group's swimming special quality and main item performance increase more than the control group.
