Outdoor sportsorganization and management directly determines the popularity of outdoor sports andthe healthy development of the situation, but so far, outside the outdoor sportsmanagement in our country is still a new field, outdoor sports developed under thecondition of market system and security, and many other problems.Main purpose of this study lies in: through the coastal city of shandong,geographical environment, economic development and cultural environment on issuessuch as comprehensive and systematic analysis of the outdoor sports organization andmanagement, give full play to the advantages of the coastal cities, the coastal city ofshandong, outdoor sports organization and management, and found that there wereinsufficient, and give advice, cause the attention of the government and relateddepartments for outdoor sports, and through this study makes people morecomprehensive understanding of outdoor sports, promote the healthy sustainabledevelopment of the outdoor sports, as to provide theoretical basis for outdoor sportsorganization and management research.This research in the coastal city of shandong, outdoor sports relatedorganizations, laws and regulations, spontaneous, clubs, government organization,individual organizations such as the interaction between situation investigation andanalysis of the questionnaire and interview, the following conclusions:(1) Thedevelopment of the coastal city of shandong, outdoor sports, Qingdao show startedearly, fast development, the characteristics of several other coastal cities of shandongpresents a late start, the characteristics of the development more quickly.(2) The outdoor sports organizations lack of safety work, lack of maturemanagement mechanism.
