Objective: In this paper, through the study of different physical activity level of45to59year old middle-aged manVO2max, vital capacity, blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, physiological index, effect the physical activity level effects on thephysiological indexes of middle-aged people, and provide a theoretical basis for theintervention of the next step experiment,Significance: Through the investigation and study, make people more aware ofour daily physical activity level and relationship with physiological index, selectsensitive index to reflect the physical activity, and provide the scientific exerciseprescription for the lack of physical activity of people,so as to reduce the incidence ofchronic diseases in middle-aged people, improve the quality of life in middle-agedpeople,and for the to provide theoretical basis for the next exercise intervention orresearch.Method: In the face of40to59year old middle-aged men sports and healthsurvey questionnaire, physical activity level was calculated (questionnaire wereprovided by the research group);and the subjects in the laboratory testing of maximaloxygen uptake, arteriosclerosis, vital capacity, blood physiological indexes, the final testof52people, analysis of the relationship between different levels of physical activityand research the above indexes.Result:(1) Research on physical activity, high physical activity accounted for asmaller proportion of women than men,and a low level of physical activity;theproportion of larger, more men than women.(2)There was no statistical differencebetween BMI middle-aged blood pressure, high levels of physical activity level groupand low physical activity group (P>0.05),a high level of physical activity comparedwith a low level of physical activity group had significant difference in maximaloxygen consumption,ABI index(P<0.05),there was a significant difference in thePWV,vital capacity index (P<0.01);(3)The high level of physical activity level groupand moderate physical activity of middle-aged group had significant difference in maximal oxygen, vital capacity index(P<0.05),in PWV/ABI,blood pressure,BMIindicators are not statistically significant;(4)The level of medium level of physicalactivity and low physical activity group of middle-aged people have significantdifferences in PWV,vital capacity index(P<0.05),the maximal oxygen uptake, bloodpressure,ABI,BMI indicators are not statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)Research on physical activity, high physical activity accountedfor a smaller proportion of women than men,and a low level of physical activity;theproportion of larger, more men than women.(2)When the level of physical activity toachieve a high level, maximal oxygen uptake, vital capacity index was significantlyincreased, show that the maximal oxygen uptake, vital capacity is a sensitive index toreflect the physical activity.(3)The low level of physical activity of middle-agedpeople have arteriosclerosis trend;(4)High in the middle level of physical activity hadlittle effect on blood pressure, BMI index.
