Research On The Organization Structure And Activities Of Amateurish Badminton Clubs In Xi’an

The issue and implementation of National Fitness Program pushed the smooth development of badminton among the general public in China. With the broad mass base and high popularity of badminton, it has played a positive role in promoting extensive mass fitness programs, which has always been a main force in shaping sports power. As the hottest sports event, nowadays, badminton is going through an unprecedented flourishing time. Due to the raising of stadiums, improving of facilities and increasing of participation, badminton clubs are growing day by day.Organization structure is the relationship inside the clubs between each part to achieve their goals effectively. The content and form of activities held by clubs is regard as the final presentation, which both influence and interact with the organization structure. So, only by completing the organization structure and enriching the activity mode, can we promote a long-term steady development of amateurish badminton clubs in Xi’an.Through the documentary and questionnaire, the author investigated, studied and analyzed the statues of amateurish club’s organization structure and activities*in order to provide some theoretical basis and factual data on club operation and progress. In this paper, we reached the following conclusion:1. The organization structure of amateurish badminton clubs in Xi’an is non-standard and imperfect.2. The form and content of activities held by amateurish badminton clubs are single and simple.3. The organization structure and activities are closely connected.4. The development of amateurish badminton clubs is of significant effect. Upon the conclusion, we put forward the following suggestions:1. Do some adjustment in the club organization structure when necessary.2. The activities held inside the clubs could be more specific and time-efficient.3. The government should value the development of amateurish clubs.4. The aim of developing amateurish clubs is supposed to be promoting the physical training of general public.
