Study Of Current Situations About Coach Team Of Commercial Badminton Clubs In The Changzhou City

Since the"comprehensive Fitness Program"was enacted, many sports and fitness activities has become an indispensable part of life, and more and more people have participated in physical fitness activities. With the ascendancy like place, equipment, environment and so on, various clubs have become the primary place for exercise. Especially in recent years badminton clubs have developed rapidly. In the Changzhou city, eight new badminton halls and clubs have been set up in the last two years. As the central figures of the clubs, the role of the coach is particularly important, which is the"windows"of clubs, the most representative"spokesman"who contacts with the customers and the participants directly. To some extent, the comprehensive quality of coaches may directly affect the development of the clubs.In this paper, scientific research methods such as document data method, interview survey method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method were used, coaches of commercial badminton clubs in the Changzhou city ("coaches" are called for short below) were made as the investigating targets, to analyze and study the the basic conditions, career situation, coaching situation, scientific research status of coaches and management for coaches of clubs, and to find the reasons for its formation and propose the countermeasures for the development.The results showed that: 1. The coaches are mainly middle-aged and young men with reasonable age structure and educational background, who can basically meet the demand for coaches, but the overall level and coaching ability for specific sports is not high with a simple knowledge structure, and the ability should be furtherly optimized; 2. Coaches lack professional knowledge for specific sports with short coaching life; 3. The coaching motivation of coaches performs well. The teaching and training aspects of coaches should be improved, and long-term design can be attentioned. Communication and summary after training is lack. Most coaches support students to participate in the competition; 4. The scientific research consciousness of coaches is not strong, and the level of scientific research needs to be improved; 5. The management for coaches of the clubs is not scientific, and the regulatory regime is not consummate.In order to promote the healthy development of coaches, some concrete countermeasures are put forward based on the results of the study, to provide references for improving the comprehensive quality of coaches of commercial badminton clubs in the Changzhou city and improving the amateur badminton level of Changzhou.
