Currently about PNF stretch law and suspension training method in which the research has focused on people’s physical impact one way, and this training method can tie two trained how to meet, and what impact will study compared less.In this paper, the ability to select a greater impact on human movement of the core parts of the back muscles for the study area, with the suspension design PNF training training training programs, and to explore the impact of this program on the area of high level athletes back muscles.Expected to provide scientific and rational basis for the theory and practice area athletes back muscle training.This study selected1712-24sui of Xian Institute of high-level trampolinists for the study, the primary research methods for experimental and statistical methods.All subjects according to their characteristics average age, height, weight, divided into experimental group of9people,8people in the control group.The experimental group for a period of8weeks of PNF stretching combined with suspension training interventions, traditional8week suspending training and control groups and compared them with results;Using independent samples t-test or paired samples t-test statistic test results, and to evaluate the results.Results:(l)Power indicator analysis, when the isokinetic test60°/s, experimental group stretching tested compared with the pre-AP were significantly different, there are also significant differences in the control group, when you test180°/s, experimental groups are flexors AP increases at70%per cent,106.76%per cent range in the control group.(2)Maximum force analysis results, when607°/s, the experimental group and control group before and after stretching TW have significant differences, flexors in the control group, these two indicators increase larger than the experimental group. Angular velocity when180°/s, TW and PT/BW values in the experiment group before and after difference is less obvious, TW outside there are significant differences in the control group, extensor flexor muscle PT/BW, TW and PT/BW value differences are not obvious;Flexors of the two indicators increase in the control group were slightly larger than the experimental group.(3)Endurance testing results, the experimental group and the control group after the experiment of endurance than a phenomenal change, in which the experimental group flexor and extensor muscle endurance than in the control group is very significant, increases slightly higher than the experimental group control group.Back flexio.(4)Strength distribution index test results, in both the angular velocity isokinetic testing, muscle flexion and extension peak torque than the experimental group (F/E) after the experiment was adjusted to0.78and0.76. After the experim -ental group increased to0.92and0.94. Description of the training intervention group assignment of subjects to make flexion muscles gradually moving unreasonable.(5)Balance index test results after the first stage of the intervention, the overall stability index in both groups before and after the stability index valueswere stable and appeared around several very significant changes significantly reduce the rate of large experimental group than the control group; second stage, after the experiment the experimental group three indicators have a very significant difference between the control group did not change significantly, reducing the magnitude of the experimental group was significantly higher.(6)Flexibility analysis indicators, the first phase of the experiment both groups was significant variation in the experimental group tended to decrease each index, the control group was rising; reduce the second phase of the experiment was still in the experimental group than the control group, However, the small magnitude lower than the first stage, there is no significant difference between the control group the indicators experiments posterity.Conclusions:(1)SET training PNF assisted SET training is separate, the athletes waist muscle explosive force, maximum strength and strength endurance increased slightly smaller.(2)The experimental set SET training load is unreasonable, resulting in the experimental group than the low back flexion and extension peak torque beyond the reasonable range, while the PNF training just to offset the adverse effects caused by SET to make the experimental group than in the control back flexion and extension peak torque within a reasonable range. SET training alone can improve the athlete’s eye back balance, but PNF auxiliary SET training athletes back balance to improve the effect is more obvious.(3)Seen from the analysis of the experimental results of two phase equilibrium indicators, SET training on human balance improved speed slow down after.PNF assisted SET training to make flexible quality greatly improve athletes waist and back, and a separate SET training reduced the player back.
