Objective:Through the electronic test on the movement and common strength training method of the back sliding shot putting with the Surface Electromyography Techniques,this study attempts to conclude the muscle electrical signal characteristics of the back sliding shot putting,as well as the muscle electrical signal characteristic of common strength training method and carries on the relevant analysis,which in order to facilitate the technical movement and the appraisal,the improvement and the enhancement of strength training and provide the basis theory for the teaching and the training.Methods:Make the electronic test on the movement and common strength training method of the back sliding shot putting with the Simultaneous ME-6000 apparatus and Videotaping.Record the electromyography signal and do the signal analysis with the matching software of the Electromyography.Data were subjected to analysis by the Paired-t Test and the Spearman relevance analysis.Results:(1)In the back sliding shot putting,the integrated electromyography from high to low were right biceps,middle part of right deltoid,right vastus lateralis and so on successively.The lasting time of electromyography signal from high to low were middle part of right deltoid,right biceps femoris,and right biceps etc.successively in the back sliding shot putting.(2)There is significant difference between when training with 8kg shot and back sliding shot putting movement in integrated electromyography of Right abdominal external oblique muscle and right Biceps femoris muscle.There is significant relevance between when training with 8.26kg shot and back sliding shot putting movement in integrated electromyography of right vastus lateralis,right biceps femoris and right Latissimus Dorsi.(3)There is significant negative relevance between press on box,which load amount was 70%,80%of the maximum potency and the back sliding shot putting in integrated electromyography of right deltoid.There is significant negative relevance between deep squat,which load amount was 80%,90%of the maximum potency and the back sliding shot putting in integrated electromyography of left Gluteus Maximus and left vastus lateralis.There is significant negative relevance between single arm kettlebell pushing and the back sliding shot putting in integrated electromyography of right Latissimus DorsiConclusions:(1)In the back sliding shot putting,the integrated electromyography from high to low were right biceps,right deltoid,right vastus lateralis and so on successively.(2)Most surface integrated electromyography of training with 8kg shot was higher than that of the back sliding shot putting,and some of integrated electromyography decreased.Electromyography signal of right vastus lateralis,right biceps femoris and left Latissimus Dorsi in the back sliding shot putting was similar with that of training with 8kg shot.(3)The model of muscle electromyography signal of right deltoid in the back sliding shot putting was contrast with that of pressing on box.The model of muscle electromyography signal of gluteus maximus in the back sliding shot putting was contrast with that of deep squat.The model of muscle electromyography signal of left vastus lateralis in the back sliding shot putting was contrast with that of deep squat.The model of muscle electromyography signal of right Latissimus Dorsi in the back sliding shot putting was similar with that of single arm kettlebell pushing.
