| Research purpose:Find out about the current situation of adolescent amateur training in Xi’an via survey and research methods, and search the way for developing of adolescent amateur training in Xi’an, cracking the obstacle we face and find out the priority problems that we need to deal with.Research methods:This research combines the quantitative methods of knowledge domains map, data mining technology etc, and use literature information, questionnaire method, expert interviews, math statistic as supplementary methods to analyze the current situation feature and problems of adolescent amateur training in Xi’an, and offer a pertinence solution with operability.Research result:This passage use questionnaire survey and filed visit and come to a conclusion that Xi’an has156adolescent amateur training schools (10district and county schools,3schools directly belong to sports bureau and143traditional sports schools and adolescent clubs). All this schools are controlled directly by the department of education. Xi’an has324coaches in total, most of them are youth coach, traditional sport events school rate63percent; The choosing of educational material almost based on experience instead of scientific method, Whereabouts concentrated in three areas based on their sports capability and study capability.Conclusion:The developing of adolescent amateur training in Xi’an mainly goes through three steps, and now in the third step:amateur sports schools and traditional sports events and adolescent clubs step. According to the study of knowledge domains map, this step has nine hot study areas. Accumulate the experience of valuing the choosing of material and training in a scientific way, doing the sport events according to one’s ability, promoting the combination of physical and teaching resource. However the existing problems are the shrink of the overall scale, developing in each area is imbalance, action mechanism is inhibited, death of good athlete. |
