Badminton with characteristic and charm of its own by the students love, but also become the preferred project amateur sports schools students.In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and other research methods of comprehensive investigation on the basic situation of Xi’an Beilin District students participate in badminton sports the status quo, to understand the Status of district primary amateur badminton activities and problems existed in the badminton sport, provide various services must be to students to achieve, meet students participate in badminton training needs, promote the development of pupil of badminton. It can provide a theoretical reference for the further development of pupils to participate in the amateur badminton activities. The main findings:(1) the majority of school badminton Beilin District infrastructure is not perfect, it is the main factor affecting the students’ badminton in extracurricular activities time.(2) school badminton sports organizations is not systematic, widespread lack of scientific guidance to the students of amateur badminton sport, the intercollegiate seldom communicate with each other, no formal competition related, a serious lack of competition opportunities, resulting in primary school amateur badminton movement was not very good development.(3) to bring the opportunity for development of social environment for pupils in Beilin District, Xi’an badminton amateur sports, society of amateur badminton training market development is unusually hot. At the same time, family, school, teachers are affected by social tradition and paid too much attention to the culture of learning, students badminton is not enough attention.(4) at present, according to incomplete statistics sampling survey shows two primary school Xi’an Beilin District have been in the time of extracurricular activities for students to carry out the badminton elective courses, specialized external professional teachers to guide students in badminton.(5)’Sunshine Sports’ slogan for amateur badminton in primary school to provide a good platform, Xi’an Beilin District students amateur badminton and primary school PE curriculum goals, to promote the development of physical education curriculum resources.
