In October 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in his 19 th National Congress report: "Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The main contradiction in China's society has been transformed into a contradiction between the increasing needs of the people for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development." This shows that the income level of the people has been greatly improved,and the needs of life have become more abundant and diverse.It has shown the characteristics of accelerating the transformation from the material to the spiritual level from the consumption.The people will invest more in sports,recreation and leisure.As the capital of China,Beijing has unique advantages in politics,economy,and culture.It has better conditions for badminton training competitions with a good hardware base,and frequent badminton competitions of various types at all levels.It further promoted the rapid growth of the badminton consumer market in Beijing.Therefore,this time,the "current consumption situation of amateur badminton groups in Beijing" was selected as the research object,and four methods were adopted: literature data method,expert interview method,field inspection method,and questionnaire survey method.To study the development conditions of amateur badminton in Beijing,influence the consumption motive factors of amateur badminton group in Beijing and forecast the consumption market,to understand the current consumption status of amateur badminton group in Beijing,and to provide a reference for future market trends.The results of these studies indicate that:1.The consumption status of the amateur badminton group in Beijing is mainly a high proportion of consumption investment in service perception,such as the selection of rackets,shoes and balls,which shows that consumers attach importance to sports experience.2.The higher income group and the youth group are the main force in the consumption of amateur badminton group in Beijing.3.The consumption type of Beijing amateur badminton group is more polarized,and the proportion of physical products accounts for a large proportion of consumption,while the proportion of ornamental and informational consumption is relatively small,mainly based on the Internet.The next step should be to study and improve the relevant management and security mechanisms,stimulate viewing and information consumption,promote more amateur badminton participants to enjoy a richer badminton experience,become loyal fans,and achieve the consumption of the badminton market.4.Interest motivation,physical exercise need motivation,entertainment relaxation motivation,work need and social communication motivation are the main consumer motives of the amateur badminton group in Beijing.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the research on consumption and potential from these four perspectives.5.The consumption factors affecting the amateur badminton group in Beijing are more diverse.The most important factor is personal interest,followed by venue factors.Therefore,in the future,the use of mobile APP and other procedures will strengthen the promotion of information such as event introduction,venue recommendation,and sports exchange.It will stimulate more people to participate in badminton and fun.
