Research Of Property Reform Pattern Of Rear Service In Lanzhou Jiaotong University

Our University’s existing logistics management system is formed in the traditional planned economy system. Although the characteristics of the service has the dual attributes of economy and education, it maintains the status of one school one body running logistics, and university running social services. This "small and all-inclusive" school-running mode made the university logistics services to a more difficult way, also could not adapt the current market economy principles.With the development of our education, the reform of the logistics socialization is an inevitable requirement for higher education development. In1999, as the beginning of the Reform, the General Office of the State Council held the First National University Logistics Socialization Reform Meeting in Shanghai. Chinese higher education waves a logistics socialization reform. With the deepening of reform and opening up and continuous development, university have done many studies combined with the practical situation of regions and schools which gained results to some extent, to a large extent, it has fix the contradiction between higher education rapid developing and lower logistics and sourcing services.This topic based on the local conditions, mainly from the aspect of the current situation of logistics management and service in Lanzhou Jiaotong University, aims to objectively collect and analyze the successful practice and obstacles in the socialized reform of logistics in Lanzhou Jiangtong University by using data analysis, interview, field investigation and other methods. Through the SWOT analysis, the author makes a detailed analysis of many sides of current logistics system construction. According to the relevant national policies and regulations, on the basis of the scientific and reasonable logistics objectives and positioning, this paper puts forward a more practical logistics property management plan which is more suitable for the current situation of Lanzhou Jiaotong University. Meanwhile, by exploring a proper standard of logistic service which is suitable for such kinds of university, the author establishes a late-model of college logistics safeguard system.The research result has guiding significance for Lanzhou Jiaotong University to severe market competition and further promotes the logistics reform.
