In recent years, the gradual deepening of the reform of institutions, according to the demands for reform, the main institutions are institutions which engaged in public service. Therefore, compared with other existing institutions, public welfare institutions have more research value. In order to ensure the relevance and accuracy of the thesis, the author will define the scope of the study in public welfare institutions like high schools, trying to focus on the performance improvement of institutions teachers like high schools to research and investigate. Taking PC Middle School as an example, researching how to improve the PC Middle School teachers’ performance management level enhances the performance management level of high schools in China.From the point of view of the theory and practice, this thesis will explain and analyze the performance management of our high schools. First, the thesis will explain the related theories about the performance management of institutions; Second, taking PC Middle School as an example, it will induce the problems which there exist at present in China’s high schools performance management seriously, and analyze in depth the reason of the PC Middle School performance management problems; Finally, it will come up with the corresponding measures to perfect the PC Middle School performance management, which mainly include the design of the PC Middle School performance management system as well as the security conditions of the implementation of the PC Middle School performance Management System. This thesis aims to establish a scientific and reasonable and workable performance management system, which can have a positive effect on promoting the high schools performance management in China.
