deeply.With the development of the Internet,traditional schools and education authorities must actively embrace the industrial revolution,embrace the Internet,embrace new outlets,and create greater value for serving "people".In this case,knowledge education is particularly important.While contemporary parents have witnessed the innovations and reforms that technology has brought to all walks of life,they also perceive the importance of knowledge education in social practice.Here,parents’ learning of their children is no longer limited to the knowledge learned in school,which has prompted the rise of the education and training industry.With the development of time,the education and training industry has risen from product thinking to industrial thinking.In order to meet the needs of the market,the scale of education and training institutions is constantly growing.Corporate education and training institutions are inseparable from good performance management.The effectiveness of corporate education and training institutions is affected by performance management.Research on the corporate performance management strategy of education and training institutions,and build an efficient development of teachers and functional management teams for the corporate education of education and training institutions.This is an effective guarantee for corporate education.The research object of this article is S education and training institutions,focusing on solving the optimization of the performance management problems of S institutions.The S institution was established in 2010,and its main business is extracurricular training for primary and secondary schools;it aims to provide personalized and comprehensive quality education services for Chinese students aged 6-18;it also sets up a variety of classes according to the different learning levels of students,To provide students and parents with diversified and personalized high-quality services.Aiming at the optimization research on performance management of educational training institutions such as S institutions,firstly,the research is based on the collection of authoritative journal documents related to the subject,and the research background and significance of the subject are explained.Secondly,sort out the research status of the subject at home and abroad,and introduce the research ideas,content and research methods of the subject.Finally,the concepts and theoretical foundations involved in the research are sorted out based on the course learning knowledge and work experience.Through research,on the basis of introducing the education and training industry profile of S institution,introduce the performance management status of S institution,analyze the operation status of performance management of S institution,comb through the questionnaire survey to sort out the problems in the performance management of S institution,and find that S education In terms of performance management,training institutions have major problems such as unreasonable management indicators,formalized management,inadequate implementation of performance work in performance management,and lack of information communication.This article applies performance appraisal theory and human resource planning theory to make an in-depth analysis of the causes of problems.It can be concluded that the main reasons for the problems of S organization are the unscientific performance management indicators,the imperfect performance management system,the unclear performance management process and the low degree of information.According to the status quo of performance management of the S organization,combined with theoretical knowledge,it is designed to solve the performance management problems of the organization by improving the performance management system,forming a closed loop of the performance management process,building a performance management information platform and improving the performance management index system.At the same time,measures such as cultural guarantee,talent guarantee,recruitment guarantee,and development guarantee have been formulated to guarantee the implementation of the plan.Finally,the research results are summarized and the future research directions are prospected.Through the research of this article,the analysis of the internal and external environment of education and training institutions and the problems in the performance management of education and training institutions in the rapid development process are analyzed.Provide reference for performance management of other education and training institutions.The disadvantage is that the author has limited knowledge and experience,there are some unseen problems,and the in-depth analysis of some problems.In the future,in the actual operation and management of education and training institutions,it is necessary to combine theory and actual combat.According to the policies issued by the national education and related departments and the dynamic changes in the operating environment,the company’s performance management system will be
