| Using the method of literature, expert interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and comparative analysis methods, the era of Fuzhou middle school90students as the research object, to study the effects of different intensity exercise load on the students’physical health. Using the method of method and the control group before and after the comparative group between the experimental data processing, before the experiment will select three physical health of similar classes, each class selects30boys as the experimental object, groups were experimental group A, group B and group C. Experimental group A exercise heart rate less than120/min implementation; experimental group B exercise heart rate between120/min-140/min implementation; exercise experiment group C implementation rate greater than140/min. The experiment lasted for one semester, weekly classes, each class is45min, exercise intensity in the experiment using the heart rate as the control index, the research conclusion is as follows:(1) of moderate intensity exercise load between120/min-140/min can effectively promote the middle school student’s height and weight, but three different intensity exercise load on the chest effect is not significant.(2) of moderate intensity exercise load between120/min-140/min and more than140/min of high intensity exercise load significantly development of middle school students physical function, but the effect of exercise training of moderate intensity is the most significant, high intensity exercise load times, less than120/min of low intensity exercise effect is not obvious.(3) in the development of physical quality, should be selected according to different intensity of exercise load the age characteristics of quality development, in which the small intensity exercise load is lower than120/min to improve the effect of physical quality is not obvious, moderate intensity exercise between120/min-140/min load to improve the speed, flexibility, leg power and strength of the upper limb function effect more significartly, high intensity exercise load than140/min has very good training effect for the development of students’speed endurance.(4)Reasonable arrangement and design of different intensity exercise is to determine the teaching effect of school physical education and strengthen students’ physical health of the key link, arrangement and design the sports load should be targeted, targeted and easy to control. |
