| With the development of economy and society,ecological environmental problems,population aging and poor lifestyle and other problems increasingly threaten people’s physical health,to this end,China has issued the "Healthy China 2030" planning outline,the implementation of the Healthy China Action and other measures,which clearly requires the establishment of a sound exercise prescription library and emphasizes the increase of school health education.After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the physical exercise time of primary and secondary school students has been further guaranteed,and the physical education after-school services of schools at all levels are carried out in an orderly manner in accordance with the policy,in order to meet the different needs of students,the policy requires expanding the way of physical education after-school services and improving the level of physical education after-school services.In order to explore the effective after-school service methods of physical education and verify the application effect of exercise prescription among middle school students,two classes of the seventh grade of Fuyang No.17 Middle School were selected as the experimental subjects,and a total of 128 experimental subjects were identified through health screening,and the aerobic endurance exercise prescription group was designed as the experimental group and the selfexercise group as the control group.According to the results of 1000-meter running for boys and 800-meter running for girls in the "National Student Physical Health Standards",the experimental group was divided into excellent group,general group and improvement group,and a 10-week aerobic endurance exercise prescription was formulated respectively,the experimental group carried out aerobic endurance exercise prescription exercise,and the control group carried out independent exercise.The test items of middle and middle school students in the "National Student Physical Health Standards" were used as the evaluation indicators of physical health,which were: body mass index,lung capacity,boys’ 1000-meter run/girls’ 800-meter run,50-meter run,standing long jump,boys’ pull-ups,girls’ 1-minute sit-ups,and sitting forward flexion.SPSS29.0 was used to statistically analyze the test data before and after the experiment,and conclusions and recommendations were drawn.In the physical education after-school service,after 10 weeks of exercise,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Aerobic endurance exercise prescription exercise can effectively improve the physical shape of middle school students,and the effect on the improvement of male body shape is more obvious,while independent exercise has no obvious effect on the physical shape of middle school students.(2)Aerobic endurance exercise prescription exercise and independent exercise can effectively improve the physical function of middle school students,among which aerobic endurance exercise prescription exercise has a better effect,but there is no significant difference between the two.(3)Aerobic endurance exercise prescription exercise and independent exercise can effectively improve the endurance quality of middle school students and the strength quality of girls,and in terms of the improvement of endurance quality,aerobic endurance exercise prescription exercise is significantly better than independent exercise,and there is a significant difference between the two.(4)Aerobic endurance exercise prescription exercise can effectively improve the flexibility quality of middle school students and the speed quality of boys,while independent exercise has no obvious effect on this.(5)Aerobic endurance exercise prescription exercise and independent exercise had no obvious effect on the explosive quality of middle school students,the strength quality of boys,and the speed quality of girls.Overall,in physical education after-school services,aerobic endurance exercise prescription exercise can effectively improve the physical fitness level of middle school students,and its effect is better than independent exercise.According to the experimental process and the conclusions obtained,the following recommendations are made:(1)Aerobic endurance exercise prescription exercise is purposeful,scientific and planned,and its flexible exercise mode,reasonable exercise intensity and appropriate exercise duration reduce the pain and fatigue of physical exercise,which can enhance the enthusiasm of middle school students for physical exercise and cultivate the lifelong sports concept of middle school students.(2)In the after-school service of physical education,aerobic endurance exercise prescription exercise can promote the healthy development of middle school students’ physical fitness and improve the quality of physical education after-school services,and its applicability is wide,easy to implement,the hardware facilities are not high,and there is no economic cost,and it can be promoted in primary and secondary school physical education after-school services.(3)In schools at all levels,students with different health needs can develop different types of exercise prescriptions,such as strength exercise prescriptions,flexibility exercise prescriptions,fat loss exercise prescriptions,etc.;Sports prescription service stations can also be set up in the school physical education teaching and research department to provide one-on-one exercise prescription consultation and formulation services for students in need,so as to make exercise prescriptions more accurate and efficient,so as to better improve the level of school physical education and promote the healthy development of students’ physical fitness. |
