The Research On Education Policies Of U.S.President Ronald W. Reagan Administration

Education policies is a way of solving education problem,for achieving its education goals, it can also take advantage of the administrative power, it can also be one of the vital factor that have a great influence on the development of education of a contry or region.Although the process of making, education policies may affect by the system of political affairs sometimes, the realities or problems of education is the most direct factor which induce the education reform or policy.The relations between education policy and education reality must be profound and wide.Form the education reality or problems that is unsolved,we may find the reason why we made this policy, and how to do with it.From the education issue which has been interacted with the education policy,we may find the way to solve the education issue and validity of the education policy.Eventually, this may give an enlightenment on how to produce and implement our own education policy.So, this thesis will focus on education policies produced during1970’s to1980’s when Ronald Wilson Reagan be the California governor and the president of US,it will also give a in-depth study about the background of education policy, the content of education policy and the effect of the education policy.The trait of this thesis is that, on one hand, it will give a close look at the political and economic factors which shape the education policy; on the other hand, it will also give a deliberate consideration of the effect which the US president who is the most powerful person in the US gives to the education policy.
