District Education Research (DER) is an important form of Educational Research. It is rising with the area schools as the platform and can integrate various schools’ joint teaching and research strength effectively. The DER has been applied to more local research in the preschool education in resent years. It can promote the improvement of teachers’ professional standards, solve the problem that a single kindergarten that can’t break through and is the effective measures to promote the balanced development of education. Many areas of ours country have been carried out the DER and related research. But there are still many problems in carrying out the process. FAQs is:Teacher participation is not high; A waste of time and manpower after participating with little success; Some teachers do not even realize that the role of the DRE carried out in practice, they just put the DRE as a task to completed,for they have to complete the year-end assessment.Explore Preschool teachers’ Identity status of DER will help to identify the problem of the DER when carrying out in the preschool field. It can also help the organizers of the DER learn from it, improve preschool field research with the DER model, promote the professional development of preschool teachers and balanced development of preschool education.
