With the development of constructivism education theory, the spread of humanistic thought, educational theorists have already seen the students themselves as vital subject of educational activities, the learning of knowledge and ability to get to build on the basis of the students’ initiative. Although research progress of educational theorists have a significant impact on frontline education workers who have the traditional idea of "with knowledge as the main body, the students as passive recipients of knowledge", however, school education is still significantly lagging behind in education theory research. How to deal with such shocks, and makes it beneficial to students and teaching, still needs to be further study.In this paper, based on pedagogy, psychology and sociology theories of some interdisciplinary theory achievement, the literature method was used synthetically, especially questionnaire survey analysis of students’ demand find the existing problems in the original idea of teachers in the school education, especially in combination with the teachers and students in nearly a year and a line close contact, I analyzed the demand for students and self cognitive level. And finally, on the basis of the above research, again discuss the ideas that need to be changed in the aspect of teachers, and put forward Suggestions for improvement:redefine "hard" and "success"; The purpose is to explore truth from knowledge learning; First-hand contact with beauty, In love with love and trust for trust.As students’demand and teachers’idea are relatively broad contents of research, therefore the focus of this study mainly stresses on some respects, the students’ demands only focus on needs of students to the school life, and teachers’ idea only focus on their attitude to students and understanding of students themselves.
