Induction education is the key link of the professional development of the new teachers,it can help the new teachers to solve the difficulties concerned in teaching, shortening the adaptation period of the new teachers.on the other hand, Induction education is a relatively weak link in our country, the new teachers’ demands haven’t been effectively protected, the result is not satisfactory.In order to understand the new teachers’real needs, we have the research on how to meet the new teachers’Induction education requirements in panzhihua city kindergarten through3years.This study use the means of questionnaires and interviews,standard deviation and two-way F-sample tests, the following are conclusions:(1) The demands to the new teachers in Panzhihua City Kindergarten are close to the middle level. New teachers’first demands are self-development and achievement, the second demand is survival, which has the following characteristics:there is no significant difference between the teachers who have1-year teaching experience,2year teaching experience and3year experience.,of which2years is a critical period for new teachers’ Induction education.we have the analysis on the demands of different kindergartens for the new teachers, from the analysis we know that new teahers’demands are no difference between public and private kindergartens.(2)The general situation of implementation of security in Panzhihua City:the social mechanism and the kindergarten mechanism to ensure the new preschool teachers’demands close to the low level, which shows that they can’t ensure the new preschool teachers’needs effectively.In order to shorten the adaptation period of new teachers’ induction,promoting new teachers’growth,we explore the social security which adapts to the new teachers’induction requirements from management point of view, the research is combined with data analysis and the reality, the following are recommendations:First, strengthen the construction of the social mechanism of the new preschool teachers’requirements security, promoting new teachers’growth:(1) set up some policies and regulations on the new teachers’induction education;(2) give enough resources protection on the new teachers’induction education (3) improve preschool teachers’induction standards and the new teachers’quality;(4) train male teachers, allocate the sex proportion of the kindergarten teachers;(5) improve the kindergarten teachers’treatment and status;(6) arrange reasonable workload, and set up adaptable work environment;Second,set up the kindergarten-based training modle,the characters of the model are Teacher-centered, nursery-based and multi-level, promoting the new teachers’ growth;(1) create a positive training atmosphere for the new teachers;(2) capture the new teachers’demand characteristics, and choose reasonable training contents;(3) provide a variety of activities and training methods;(4) establish a scientific training system.
