At present, because of the problems in respects such as the traffic, economicdevelopment level, communication technology, culture life and administration, etc.,the rural teacher’s whole quality while improving in education is not high, the level ofprofessional development is somewhat low. To improve the construction of ruralteachers is the basic way to balance the education in our country. Teacher training isthe crucial way to speed the development of rural teacher’s ability, but the realtraining for the rural teacher is short of the analysis on the countryside teacher’sdemands for training, which restrict the development of rural teacher’s ability. Thetraining demand analysis is the most important link in the training work, so theaccurate forecast and grasped the real training demand to decide the trainingrationality and the validity directly.In this study, we take the compulsory education stage’s teacher of JiangxiProvince Xiushui County countryside as an object, through the actual investigation toknow that the present situation of countryside school teachers’ training demands,revealed problems and make analysis, put forward their own countermeasures infinally. Specifically, the paper focuses on the following four aspects to expand:The first part is Introduction. This part introduces the research backgrounds,significance research ideas and methods.The second part is theory research of teacher inductive education. Mainly aims atthe concept, the demand origin dimension, the content dimension and the teachertraining demand lays the rationale in the teacher training status and the function of theteacher training demands.The third part is an investigation of present demands of the countryside schoolteachers. Mainly carries on the investigation to Xiushui County’s countryside schoolteachers present situation. Through cruising data’s analysis, summarizes itscharacteristic is mainly the attention remains behind to take care of things educationfor children; Content demand imbalance practicality and way demand multiplication.And further induces the reason which its present situation forms, mainly divides intofive aspects: First, the countryside elementary and middle schools are situated faraway, aspect and so on economy, information, transportation development relativebackwardness; Second, the school condition is backward, studies in the atmosphere to eagerly anticipate deficient; Third, local culture resources lag; Fourth, teacher ownsurvival pressure high; Fifth, the training resources’ supplies are insufficient.The fourth part is to train the demand of the countryside school teachers thepractice reconsideration, then to propose the suitable adjustment strategy. Through tothe reality operation’s two countryside teacher training plan’s analysis, looks at thequestion which from the demand dimension in the teacher training exists, and throughthe training content, the training way, trains aspects and so on teachers, trainingmanagement to carry on the indication, finally proposes the suitable adjustmentstrategy, with the aim of causing to other educator to profit from the significance.
