This research adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, statistics method and logic method, such as investigation method, quotation ZhuDaPeng development of college PE teachers’competences evaluation questionnaire, ms song compiled by the teacher job performance scale and zou followed hao of the psychological contract scale,467physical education teachers in common colleges and universities in fujian province as the research object, the introduction of psychological contract to adjust action, the study on the relationship between the competences and performance of the work.In the introduction part of this study confirmed the selected topic basis, research procedures, research methods, etc., the second, the existing literature and data are summarized and finishing, digging this topic and create a new bright spot. Third, brief introduction of the three copies of the scale, the reliability and validity of the predecessors’rigorous research, suggests that this article cited three questionnaire has good reliability and validity. Fourth, physical education teachers in common colleges and universities in fujian province as the object, adopts spssl9.0to mathematical statistics data, with different demographic characteristics college PE teachers’competences were analyzed, and the results show that the overall development level of fujian province ordinary university sports teacher competences well. Different demographic Character-istics of college PE teachers’ competences vary. Fifth, on the basis of related research, this study through independent sample t test, with single factor analysis of variance multiple analysis of different demographic characteristics on the influence of college PE teachers’ competence characteristics. Fujian province ordinary university sports teachers in better overall performance level, task performance, interpersonal promotion and job offer in5points. Dimension of gender on fujian province college PE teachers’ job performance, marital status, teaching age, position, job title, teaching positions of PE teachers’ job performance dimensions were no significant difference. Different degree of college PE teachers’work task performance dimensions have significant difference in performance.Sixth, teachers perceived school responsibility and responsibility are in better level. Responsibility in school, the teacher is the most important responsibility of humanities; In the teachers’responsibility, the school is the most important jobs and belonging. Seventh, competences, job performance and its dimensions, significant correlation between psychological contract and all dimensions. After rule out the influence of demographic variables, the hierarchical regression analysis found that college PE teachers’ work performance and competence characteristics of job performance has significant predict effect. In the psychological contract and its seven dimensions into the regression equation, significantly increased the amount of the interpretation of the regression equation. In competence characteristics and the interaction of psychological contract and its various dimensions, only the psychological contract to reflection ability and job performance relationship, growth, responsibility of self-confidence has a positive relationship with job performance.
