Teacher professionalism is a comprehensive quality internal specification in theteaching profession, it is the need and requirements of the teaching profession. Theconcept of teacher professionalism is the basic viewpoint of the individual teacherprofessionalism. In this study the characteristics and influencing factors on the status ofthe concept of the concept of the normal university students teacher professionalism,structure, and teacher professionalism to explore, it is not only enrich the theoreticalstudy of teacher professionalism; but also develop targeted vocational education andcareer counseling to provide a reference and inspiration for Normal Colleges andUniversities, and provide the basis for normal university students raise the level ofteacher professionalism and guidance.Based on the literature review, interviews, questionnaires and the expert paneldiscussion, build the structure dimension of the normal university students teacherprofessionalism, made high teacher-student teacher professionalism questionnaire andexplore the characteristics of the concept of the high professionalism of teachers andstudents teachers and influencing factors, got the following conclusions:(1)Normal university students teacher professionalism includes the professionalskills of teachers, teachers ’professional ethics, professional behavior, the fourdimensions of teachers’ professional attitude and professionalism of the normaluniversity students self concept questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(2)The concept of characteristic performance for the normal university studentsteacher professionalism, in terms of gender, girls scored higher than boys; professional,liberal arts students and art students of score higher than the science students; grade,freshman, sophomore, junior the score was significantly higher than senior students;students to whether the one-child difference was not significant.(3)The study found that of the normal university students individuals to applythe wishes and whether the creation of the vocational literacy course for teachers andstudents the concept of influence of teachers’ professionalism. Students apply for thewishes of their own ideas professionalism concept; creation of the vocational literacycourse significantly improved awareness of vocational skills and professional conduct of teachers and students.(4)The case studies found that wheatear the individual wishes to apply oruniversities opened professionalism curriculum has a positive impact on the normaluniversity students teacher professionalism concept.
