The employment of university graduates has been a hot topic in the community, many graduates have to face not only graduations, but also employments, they need to change themselves from university students to social people, but this change is not easy for them. Reality make graduates’white collar’s dream thin, salary, social status, working conditions and so on reflect in the occupational adaptation of college graduates. It is important for graduates to face the occupational adaption. They need to do with it in their careers. Occupational adaptation with job planning, career orientation and career planning are also associated, good occupational adaptation also needs support from society, enterprise, university, social organization and other multi forces. We also need to think about the career planning in occupational adaptation. Author has the internship opportunity in M company and will communicate with the engineering graduates who play as the skilled workers by depth interviews and field observations and described their adaptations by their work status, living conditions and mental states. Author also uses the field research methods to restore the basic facts in order to provide a reference for other employment or unemployed college graduates and rich researches about occupational adaptation of college graduates.
