However, for justice, there have been different viewsand debates, formed a variety of different views of justice.The justice education in abroad has been attached great importance, they have exploredand summarized a series of theories about justice education. In China, justice education hasalways been an important part of the ideological and political education and also an importantcontent to cultivate students’ moral quality. However, the study on justice education is notenough, it is mainly on the inheritance and development of Marxism justice. There have beenstill some weaknesses on the theory research of justice education and the effectivenessresearch of the countermeasure.Questionnaire investigation shows that the current justice education of universitystudents is in good condition, but some students are still lack of cognition about the justiceeducation, or they don’t convert the knowledge of justice into justice behavior. The objectivesof justice education in universities are not clear, the contents of justice education are nottargeted, and the methods are lack of effectiveness. These factors have caused a certain impacton the justice education of university students, while the family education and socialjustice environment also have an important effect on the formation and development ofuniversity students’ justice view.Based on the current situation of justice education of university students, in order toenhance the effectiveness of the justice education in universities, we must first cleareducational goals, then enrich and improve the contents of justice education to make it morein line with the needs of university students, and we must innovative teaching methods toenhance students’ learning motivation.Secondly, pay attention to the impact of familyeducation, regular parent education concept, pay attention to the improvement ofself-cultivation, do make oneself an example. Again, guide students to engage inself-education actively, with the example of the power to stimulate college students, andstrengthen the construction of teaching staff, guarantee the smooth progress of the collegestudents’ education.Finally, optimize the social environment of justice, mainly improve thesystem of social justice, to optimize the network environment, promoting the socialresponsibility of the media and justice to purify the community environment.Because socialjustice can better ensure the personal justice so that it can help university students practicejustice behavior better.
