The construction of justice can not be separated from the cultivation of the individuals’ social justice view. On the one hand, the justice social environment can affect individuals’social justice view and promote their identification and maintenance of social justice; On the other hand, the justice view of social individuals is the inherent power of social justice. Especially for the special social group, graduate students, their social justice concepts affect the further improvement of social justice on a deeper level. In recognition of the special importance of this group in our country’s higher education personnel training work, we must recognize the existing problems in the current situation of their ideological and moral quality. In the context of carrying forward and cultivating the socialist core values in the whole society, the importance of understanding the current situation of the social justice view of this group and the justice view education to them is self-evident.This article has studied the content and connotation of justice and the present situation and educational measures of social justice view of the contemporary graduate students in our country, mainly using the literature method and questionnaire survey method. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part includes the research background, significance and domestic and foreign research status. The second part studies the related concepts of justice, including the connotation:justice is a good deeds of the equal exchange in good and bad, the content, which is right justice, opportunity justice, distributive justice and rule justice and the view of justice. The third part mainly introduces the design of the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the survey results, and points out the current situation and influencing factors of the social justice view of the contemporary graduates in our country. The fourth part is the educational measures for our country’s university graduate students to establish scientific social justice view: playing the main role of universities effectively:including making full use of the political theory courses, paying more attention to the value of justice in the professional courses, creating a fair atmosphere in the campus, advocating supervisor’s words and deeds as examples and providing opportunities for practicing justice; optimizing the social environment:mainly including improving the construction of our justice system, establishing the authority of it, playing the effective role of media publicity; and strengthening self-education:including strengthening the theoretical study and practicing social justice actively.
