In this paper, in order to improve Volleyball Teaching and learning as the fundamental purpose, to find the migration of projects between the means. The main research methods teaching experiment using a quasi-experimental design, experimental subjects are24basic but had no volleyball badminton smash with different levels of Beijing Sport University2012College of Education students.
