Aerobics is one of the National Fitness Project which people most loved and be involved in the largest number of, as one of the advantage fitness programs, the promotion of its existing models and implementation effect on the development of China’s fitness industry has played a very important role. From the current situation of national aerobics promotion departure, based on the actual promotion, the study adopts literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, data statistics, and the promotion model analyze the current study from three aspects that including the form, contents, and the effects of promotion Summarized and explored our current promotional model and found the shortcomings and problems of universal aerobics, draw the following conclusions:1. The current form of the National Aerobics promotion activities mainly related to training and race-based, which related training activities in recent years to a total of30times, including standard race events in the form of the partition (station) tournament, the promotion tournament finals. Among them, the standard race dominated mainly carried out in universities, middle and primary schools, training institutions and local associations in aerobics supplemented; events sub-station (district) Division race development from the initial6to21, indicating that the promotion content-rich, while also expanding outreach.2. The frequency of training activities is lower; which work mainly in the tournament before the training rules, scoring criteria and rules of the game action as the main training content, training, aerobics and many more areas of university teachers as objects; training audience crowd is not widespread.3. National Finals events calendar content settings, from the early to the public level training standards-based, gradual transition to the various derivatives that contain mass aerobics exercise, also includes square dancing, line dancing, hip-hop and other entries. 4. Current promotion model, the relevant training and sports events mainly rely on China Aerobics Association’s official website, the official website of the State Sports General Administration, China aerobics Union as the main network and other network media publicity platform to promote means more single.5. Currently on the promotion of universal aerobics and line patterns can cover all stages of the age range have children, adolescents, adults and the elderly, and significantly increase in the proportion of elderly and youth groups; But in the promotion of the industry crowd dimension on, is still the most important groups of students to promote the objects of social groups mainly in clubs, palaces, middle-aged troupe or neighborhood committees, Agricultural Bank of China and other units to promote the objects.6. Currently focused on promotional activities in East China, North China, and only a few provinces in Northeast and other regions has been involved in promotional activities related to the scope is still not widespread.7.
