With the social transformation, physical transformation, the concept of change in our country, people’s sports values, sports consciousness, and sports demand has great changed, which promotes the rapid development of social sports. National Medium&Long-term Education Reformation and Development Plan (2010-2020)" was promulgated, which makes "to form the opener institutional mechanisms" and "to open school, share resources "become an important ideological development of physical education and ideas. In the past decade, Wuxi City located in the Yangtze River Delta, Jiangsu Province, has developed the rapid economy, and takes the lead in "separation of management from operation" in the nationwide which solves the sports industry management department supervision to enhance the government management and public services. With the coordinate management by Wuxi City School Management Center, the government plans scientifically, innovates insistently, reforms deeply, and promote coordination of community and school resources, to makes full use of school sports facilities owned by Wuxi City School Management Center, promotes school sports facilities open to the public normally, institutionally and effectively which presents school sports resources sharing climax. This essay, based on21colleges, high schools, primary schools, vocational colleges, technical colleges administrated by Wuxi City School Management Center, does some field research, discusses some relevant documents, systematically analyzes the issues of school sports field resources and social sharing. It also focuses on sports field resources and human resources sharing, gets the overall of realization of school sports resources and community resource sharing and explores the sharing prospect.In this essay, according to documental material method, questionnaire method, interviewing method, observation method and so on, reaches the following conclusions:(一)82%of PE teachers in the school administrated by Wuxi City School Management Center consider that school sports field resources should be open to the public.8schools partially open in all the21schools.(二) The main influences of opening to the public(1) security issues;(2) effects on school’s normal teaching order and no united opening regulations;(3) no fund ensurance;(4) destruction of school sports;(5) lack of the right understanding (6) effects on students in extracurricular activities.(三) Age structure of human resources and professional titles of school PE teachers are rational, mainly young teachers at the age of under40. Academic certificate, mainly undergraduate education. Sports instructor of PE teachers in low ratio.(四)78%of PE teachers consider that sports field resources should be shared with the community;48%of the PE teachers has never instructed mass sports;76%of PE teachers are willing to instruct with payment if sports resources sharing.(五) The main influencing factors of school sports human resources in Wuxi City School Management Center and social sharing are:(1) no invitation;(2) no time;(3) less payment of instruction.The evolution reflects that school leaders and managers should change their concepts, enhance the understanding of sports resources and social sharing.Not only attracts higher school record research talents, but also pay attention to the training of professional sports instructors in training talents. School leaders and managers should strengthen the construction of laws, establish a scientific and reasonable regulations; set up a leading group to fulfill the responsibilities of the job; accelerate the implementation of open; strengthen propaganda to serve for the people. School PE teachers should not only do well in school physical education, but pay more attention to social sports support and community needs in the development. PE teachers should give full play to skills combining with professional practice to embody public welfare of the school.
