With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,talent has become the core ofthe competition between businesses, especially the high quality talents. Colleges anduniversities as a personnel training effect is very outstanding in the competition,while college teachers played a central role. Only scientific and reasonable teachers’performance appraisal system to find and retain teachers, especially the full-timeteachers, thus creating more talents and scientific research.Occupy a large status of private colleges in universities, in order to expand thescale of higher education, more access to social recognition, must pay more attentionto in teaching, how to enhance the teaching quality. And the key is to carry on thescientific and effective performance evaluation for teachers. In real life, many privatecolleges directly copied public university examination methods for evaluating theperformance of full-time teachers. This approach ignores the private colleges anduniversities own uniqueness, didn’t really play a role of evaluation incentive,seriously affected the full-time teachers’ working enthusiasm and creativity.In this paper, using the balanced scorecard as a tool to study in private collegesfull-time FZ college teachers’ performance appraisal. Paper, first of all, starting fromthe relevant literature review and theoretical research, analyses the FZ collegefull-time teachers present situation and the cause of performance appraisal; Secondlyto design the questionnaire, and other domestic colleges and universities arecompared performance appraisal method; And then adjust the four dimensions ofBSC for private colleges full-time teachers four dimensions of performance appraisal,and determine the performance indicators; Finally, with the analytic hierarchy processto establish full-time FZ college teacher performance appraisal evaluation index andindex weight, and implementation of performance appraisal of safeguard measuresare put forward.
