There is no doubt that globalization has become the theme of the21st century. Meetingwith an new era of cultural harmony has come, it is said with consensus that a greatopportunity has come to re-boom the Chinese culture. With the profound culture and thedevelopment of its5thousand years, Chinese culture is marked with the spirit of its matureand stable quality, which further formed the distinctive way of thinking and sense of values.All above has laid a solid foundation in global context. In the formation process, Chineseculture interacts with different ethnics, faces comparison and choice, and finally achieves thebalance of pluralistic coexistence. This feature highlights the character of the Chinese culturewith rigid and flexible resiliently. Multiple features of Chinese culture make it ushered in thedevelopment opportunity, but we need to dedicate to do the culture construction well to meetthis challenge. On the other side, cultural construction needs more elites which are the hugegraduated and graduating students groups. They are with brain storm as the future pathfindersand practitioners for our motherland, had boarded the stage of the history of the traditionalculture. Accordingly, we have to think about the relevant issues such as how to make collegestudents understand Chinese culture and how to treat Chinese culture; how to make the Partypromote the great development and prosperity of culture as well. Cultivating college studentscan greatly devote to the culture of the Chinese ethos and its development in rational deepreflection, which can further make them confident enough to keep the vitality of the Chineseculture.This paper is divided into four main content areas, the first chapter shows the purposeand significance, research status, research ideas and methods, innovation in order to expandthe discourse. Chapter II overview of culture and cultural self-confidence, mainly from thediversity of culture and the culture, the mainstream of contemporary Chinese culture, culturalconfidence and its internal requirement to delve into its connotation and essence, as the articletheoretical support. Chapter III of the students’ cultural self-confidence of the status quo andcause analysis, using the questionnaire method analysis of cultural self-confidence and the reasons, the impact of the non-mainstream culture and mainstream culture to college studentsof college students; training and guided fourth college multicultural background culturalself-confidence, self-confidence, mainly from theory, the tripartite system of self-confidenceand self-confidence to face how to develop road and guide students to enhance culturalself-confidence put forward reasonable proposals.
