Problems And Countermeasures Among Fostering Cultural Self-confidence Of Contemporary College Students

Culture is the soul of a nation and the force for the prosperity and development of a country.Self-confidence is to make an objective and positive evaluation of one's ability and value.Cultural self-confidence refers to a country,a nation or a political party's full affirmation and active practice of its national excellently culture,including Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture and socialist advanced culture,and their firm confidence in its future development prospects.Meanwhile,they can learn from the outstanding parts of foreign culture and rationally develop and discard negative aspects of foreign culture.Cultural self-confidence is the intrinsic motive force to realize the country's prosperity and strength,the important condition to build a strong socialist cultural country,and the source of strength to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Contemporary college students are the main force in building a strong socialist cultural country.Cultivating cultural self-confidence of contemporary college students is the need of social development,national prosperity and national rejuvenation.At present,our country is in the period of social transformation.The reform of market economy is deepening step by step.Various ideological trends are agitating with each other and various demands collide with each other,which makes the mainstream ideology and local culture suffer tremendous impact.It leads to the change of contemporary college students' understanding of local culture.Therefore,the cultivation of cultural self-confidence of contemporary college students and let them establish highly cultural self-confidence have become an urgent issue of the times.In this paper,the existing problems and countermeasures of cultural self-confidence cultivation among contemporary college students are taken as the research subjects,and the current situation,problems,causes and countermeasures of cultural self-confidence building are studied through literature review,experience summary and comparative analysis.From the current situation of cultivating cultural self-confidence of contemporary college students,there are not only gratifying performances,but also problems such as effectiveness,infectivity,weak cohesion,and single way of investigation.In the period of social transformation,utilitarian oriented education,network-popularized culture,cultural pluralism and other factors all impose obstacles.Therefore,to strengthen the cultivation of cultural self-confidence of contemporary college students,we need to start from the following aspects:the first is to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the second is to carry forward the revolutionary culture,the third is to advocate the socialist advanced culture,the fourth is to criticize and learn lessons from foreign cultures and the fifth is to strengthen self-education.To sum up,this paper fully excavates the relevant concepts and connotations of college students' cultural self-confidence,finds out the problems during the cultivation of contemporary college students' cultural self-confidence,explores the causes,and then puts forward measures to enhance college students' cultural self-confidence.
