Research On Adaptation Problem Of Contemporary University Students And Education Countermeasures

College life is an important stage and a turning point in life. Someone say that thecollege is just like step into society. In some ways, in this stage, learning, living andinterpersonal communication of college students has more autonomy and independence. Thefirst year at college is the important period that college students formed their outlook on world,life and value. From these views, there is far reaching significance on freshmen adaptationeducation. It can help the college students change their role smoothly, and to know themselvesdeeply, so as to set their own goals and life direction, which strive for and guide the studentssuccessfully. To promote the quality education of college students is the breakthrough pointand key of college, and significance to college student’s healthy growth and progress of theeducation work smoothly.This paper describes the performance of college freshmen adaptation, on the basis of thepsychological and behavior characteristics of the students, by investigating their adaptionproblem on the college environment, learning, living and interpersonal communication,analyzes the reasons for their maladjustment problem, and put forward some measures for theproblem. At first, it summarizes the adaption problems of the freshmen, including thecharacteristics of college freshmen, and their performance of adaption problem for collegeenvironment, learning, interpersonal communication, psychology, and so on. Then, it mainlydiscuss in the form of questionnaire survey, analyze the environmental differences from highschool and college, family differences, college students own reasons and social reasons. In theend, in view of all aspects of college students maladaptive, it puts forward the correspondingmeasures from entrance education, construction of campus culture, psychological education,management and improve the interpersonal aspects of them.
