The Problems And Countermeasures In Adaptation To College Life Of Contemporary Freshmen

College students being successful or not affects the future of our country and the hope of our nation directly.College freshmen are a special group.Freshen year is a critical period in our college life.College freshmen are far away from their parents and have just stepped into the new environment of the University,so they will face many problems in the first year of adaptation,including their discomfort in daily life,study,interpersonal relationship and psychology health.Therefore,understanding the problems faced by college freshmen is very important for the growth and development of college students.This paper probes into the problems that freshmen encountered and analyses the reasons and puts forward some countermeasures for contemporary college students' adaptation to college life.This paper is divided into five parts.In the first part,it introduces conception about the adaptability of fresh graduate students.In this part,it analyses the connotation,content and the trait about the adaptability of freshmen.The second part analyzes the significance of education for the adaption of freshmen.The education of the adaptability of fresh graduate students is not only good for college ideological and political education,but also benefit the development of contemporary college student.The third part analyzes the adaptation of contemporary college students on the basis of investigation.The adaptation problems of the contemporary college freshmen include the difficulty in adaptation to new life,new learning style,and interpersonal communication as well as the psychological problems.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the problems in adaptation to college life among freshmen.The reasons are summarized as follows:the college students themselves need improvement;parents ignore the cultivation of their children's independence;colleges and universities do not have strong pertinence and effectiveness to the adaptation education for freshmen;and the bad effect of the social environment on the adaptation of college students.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the adaptation of college students,including the self adjustment of the college students,the parents' attention to the training of their children's adaptability,the school's efforts in strengthening the adaptability of the freshmen,and the society's devotion to building the environment for college students to adapt to the education.
