Wang Fei and his parter created the glory of Chinese women’s Beach Volleyball, during Wang Fei’s beach volleyball career, she felt that the coaches role is more important.Players can be both players and also coaches, also play a dual identity, this unique phenomenon leads Wang Fei to discuss the role of beach volleyball movement.This study based on the Sports practice of more years of the researcher, using literature data, qualitative research, participation, case analysis and other research methods, analyzed the role of coaches about the process of Wang Fei’s growth initiation stage, transformation and promotion stage, optimal athletic phase and sports,thinks tha:1Wang Fei entered the stage of Enlightenment of beach volleyball sports career, the role of the coaches are purchaser, designers, instructors, trainers, teachers and mentors.2Wang Fei entered the transformation and promotion stage of beach volleyball sports career, coaches play the role of students, teammates and domestic strongest opponents.3Wang Fei entered the best competitive stage, coaches play the role of the high level of foreign competitors, tools and their owns4Wang Fei entered the athletic keeping phase career, coaches play the role of friends and psychological doctor.5The coach has two kinds:one kind is meaningful coach, another is the "type" coach. The coach is a "tool to help others to achieve the target".According to the above results suggested as follows:1If chinese sport becomes power, we must reform the system of sports. First,The coach must implement a regular educational evaluation mechanism.First,this mechanism includes the character, followed is the business ability. 2Athlete’s career is very limited, because the "type" coach and irresponsible "tools" coach will delay the athlete’s life, but also affect the movement performance of the state. Countries should establish athletes selection mechanism the establishment of this mechanism, the sense of responsibility of occupation can increase the coaches and the sense of urgency, which will greatly push forward the development of Chinese sports industry.
