The Feasibility Study Of Setting Up A Curriculum Of Beach Volleyball In The Junior Middle School Of Qingdao

With the development and progress of society, all kinds of new sports are developing like flowers in the spring, colorful presented in front of us. Beach volleyball, as one of the most outstanding sports in twenty-first Century, also has further development in this new century. In the "2008- 2001 volleyball development plan", National Volleyball Management Center pointed out: Strengthen the cooperation with Education Department, develop and promote the youth-oriented beach volleyball. So in middle schools in China, especially in junior high school, the development of beach volleyball class is of very good use in promotion and popularization, and it also has increased the interest for junior middle school students in physical education, widening the exercise of channel, enriching the students’ spare time life, providing education base for selection of high level beach volleyball athletes, which is of great importance of certain sports development in national strategic level. This thesis took junior middle school in cities as the research resources. By researching the database, expert interviewing, questionnaire and mathematical statistics research methods, this thesis has characteristics of physical fitness, leisure and entertainment, intelligence and so on. The project in Qingdao junior middle school carried out the value and significance of research. Through logical induction, this opened the favorable and unfavorable factors in junior high school for beach volleyball in the city junior high school to carry out corresponding suggestions. The main results are as follows:Qingdao junior high school opened beach volleyball in line with the national curriculum goal and training students developing in all aspects. Natural sand beach, superior geographical environment and most of the junior middle school located off the coast in short distance, are powerful guarantee for junior high school in Qingdao to have this course. Junior middle school teaching skills are based on a special groups of special students who are in a special stage of culture learning and sports learning, which is also a period of great willingness to embrace new things and prime time to seriously starting learning basic physical exercise knowledge and skills. Junior high school students are large enough in numbers to select excellent athletes. Starting beach volleyball courses in junior high school has the advantages of a population based, scientific researched and facilities, which is more easily, popularizing, improving and promoting in junior high schools, which also helps with its vigorous development and promote the development of China’s public sports and competitive sports. Having beach volleyball teaching curriculum in junior high school will not only spread and promote the project, but is also building the foundation stone of China’s beach volleyball talent ones’ training center. Therefore, in city junior high school, starting the sand beach volleyball course is feasible.
