Construction Of Evaluation Indexes For Teaching Ability Of High-level Professional Beach Volleyball Coaches In My Country

With the increasing national strength of our country,the importance of sports in social life is getting higher and higher.In August 1998,the FIVB Beach Volleyball Tournament was held in China for the first time and ended in Dalian,China.In 2003,Chinese women’s beach volleyball players won two championships in the world competitions for the first time.Three years later,at Shanghai Jinshan Station,my country’s female beach volleyball player won the championship for the third time.On September 21,2020,the 13th meeting of the Central Comprehensive Deepening Reform Committee deliberated and approved the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents" clearly stated that it is necessary to vigorously train physical education teachers and coaches.To promote and improve the development of beach volleyball,there is an urgent need for a high-quality coaching team.How to have an all-round assessment of the coaching level and comprehensive quality of coaches is the focus of many sports scholars’ research at this stage.This study uses literature analysis,questionnaire surveys and other research methods to conduct an in-depth discussion on the current level of beach volleyball instructors in my country,and use factor analysis to calculate relevant data to explore the factors that affect the level of beach volleyball instructors.Data analysis,and finally the weight calculation of the selected indicators,the factors that are important to my country’s high-level professional beach volleyball coaches are obtained,and the established evaluation system is more reliable.The following conclusions were obtained through research:1.The age of high-level professional beach volleyball coaches in my country is concentrated in the range of 31-50 years old.They are mostly male and have rich teaching experience,with a teaching experience of 10 years or above.The education level of coaches is mainly undergraduate and above;coaches Most of the athletes’sports levels are level one and above.2.The coaching ability index composition of my country’s high-level professional beach volleyball coaches includes four major dimensions:guidance training,pre-match preparation,scientific research innovation,and coordinated management.Coaching and training capabilities account for the largest proportion of the coaching capabilities of high-level professional beach volleyball coaches in my country,followed by prematch preparation capabilities,scientific research and innovation capabilities,and coordination management capabilities.3.In the usual training and competition,the evaluation of the coaching ability of the coaches is largely reflected in the coach’s ability to train and guide the players.In practice,the professional knowledge and training can be improved.Coaching ability.The common factor of preparation before the game ranks second in the coaching ability of beach volleyball coaches.This is due to the particularity of beach volleyball that there is no coach on-the-spot command in the game.Scientific research is helpful for coaches to master the technical and tactical research of different projects,and at the same time,they can understand the frontier hotspots and development trends of beach volleyball in time.If beach volleyball coaches do not have the ability to innovate,they still follow their own experience and traditional training methods.It will only stand still,and it is difficult to promote the better development of beach volleyball.The coordination and management ability of beach volleyball coaches reflects in all aspects,but in the end they should serve in the teaching and training.
