The Case Study Of China Golf Course Superintendent Qualification Certification Training

Education is inseparable from society, society is also inseparable from education. Especially in growing golf industry, increase our local golf education issues at the moment of severe shortage of talent in various courts but golf company needed highly qualified persons is urgently needed. Currently, golf, soccer and tennis are the world’s three major sports industry. China’s golf market is constantly being perfected, golf education is constantly being improved. Like many other sports, the development and progress of golf is simultaneously displayed on the improvement and popularization of professional and amateur dual orientation. Compared with developed countries, China’s development of golf is still in the infant stage. In the current stage of the development level of golf, the golf industry talented person should be based on vocational skills training, supplemented by academic education. With the further development of the golf, talent education should be equal emphasis on academic education and vocational skills training, and in the auxiliary route of other associations, institutional training and exchange. At this stage, vigorously carry golf vocational skills training should be a focus of our work.In summary, the golf professional education of employees is particularly important, it is the important factors for the future of China’s golf industry that can be rapid developed. I have participated in the "Chinese golf turf Director Qualification Training" project, students are officer of each stadium turf field service management, with considerable work experience, trained to be more systematic study of golf course turf management knowledge and make the identification level of qualification, so that our golf course management practitioners can be more standardized and systematic.In this paper, with a case of Chinese golf turf Director Certification training program, in-depth research and analysis problems in golf course management and education. Golf education and the future development trend analysis, combined with the development of foreign-related that enlightenment to China and explore a practical way to the development of golf education. The research on the development of golf education has important theoretical and practical significance. It guarantees golf virtuous cycle of the normal operation and sustainable development in education and training of practitioners, but also provides a reference for the road for school education cooperative with business club.
