Private institutions of higher learning education has gradually developed into animportant part of higher education.The early2000s, the State Council held in Beijing, theThird National Education Conference, focusing proposed to develop the Chinese privateeducation. For decades, private education across the country to flourish, and physicaleducation curriculum private school education has become indispensable in teaching content,how to carry out private institutions is one of the important physical education curriculumstandards Private Higher education overall measure, also personnel training and socialdevelopment of private institutions fundamental requirement.Physical Education inaccordance with the relevant regulations, the education sector is the basic requirement forprivate institutions of higher learning. According to requirements of the new "outline",combined with their own teaching in schools, the teachers and the economic level, etc.,suitable for private sports programs carried out to establish the characteristics of curriculummodel, resulting in Hebei Private college sports programs are now presented as diverse.Based on the Hebei Province7Private Course in College Physical conduct the survey,the survey found that private college sports programs currently carried out what the problem,the establishment of Hebei Private college sports curriculum standardization, enrichmenteffective way for private Hebei Province make college sports programs undertakensuggestions and countermeasures, job expectations Sports Private Colleges in Hebei Provinceto provide reference theory.The results show that: the overall results from the survey, the Hebei University SportsCurriculum Model Private mainly various types coexist, adhere to the "health first, lifetimesports" as the main guiding ideology, physical education curriculum goals and curriculum inline with the new organizational methods the "Program" requirements; PE Teaching contentstructure is not reasonable, the relative lack of knowledge of the theoretical lessons, physicaleducation hours did not meet state standards; Private College Teachers inadequateteacher-student ratio, the title structure is not reasonable, younger teachers; Private university sports curriculum assessment and evaluation system is unreasonable; private colleges sportsfacilities did not meet state standards. Can not meet the needs of students in sports, affectingstudents in extracurricular activities and sports enthusiasm.Made the following observations based on the findings: First, stick around,"Health First,lifetime sports" as the goal of guiding ideology, reasonable Sports Private Colleges improveand modify the teaching objectives, teaching physical education curriculum reasonableadjustment mode according to the actual situation; Second, the rich private university sportscurriculum project types, additional junior sports elective courses appropriate to increase thephysical education curriculum teaching hours. Third, to expand the size of the team sportsteachers, PE teachers to adjust the structure and improve the level of scientific research ofsports teachers, reducing the amount of hours of physical education teachers. Fourth, improvethe physical education curriculum evaluation system, the establishment of a quality educationas central to credit-based physical education curriculum evaluation system. Fifth, to increaseefforts in building sports facilities, and constantly improve the quantity and quality of sportsfacilities, increase capital investment.
