Recent years, the new curriculum reform aims to promote education for all-around development. All teaching stages, from curriculum setting and implementation to evaluation, are emphasized on students, who will not only acquire the knowledge and skill, but also should learn the methods and ways to study, the capability to think and innovate, and the ability to cooperate and communicate. However, lots of teachers still use a simple but utility way to teach Chinese only for test scores, the contents of course are conservative and lack of after-class activities, which let students have no interests in learning Chinese.During the education transformation period, in order to improve the quality of Chinese teaching, classical cases were studied, and investigation of practice were carried out with references combined, a new kind of Chinese curriculum with different perspective and criterion was set to achieve the breakthrough of teaching.Specific to junior middle school students’ Chinese curriculum, practical resource package was built up and teaching strategy was studied. Based on humanism theory, theoretical construction and study moving theory, the practical recourse package was developed which includes the style and contents and also provides multiple channels of resources and expressive procedural ways of evaluation as well. On the other hand, the resource package using strategy was summarized that students should be as the main body to cultivate the Chinese comprehensive ability. In the activities of literature appreciation, self-exploration and social practice, reading comments writing, criticism, meta cognition, culture infiltration and experience creation could be used as the teaching strategy.This study attaches importance to the process of study, breaks through the textbook limitation, supplement the teaching resources, increases the breadth and depth of Chinese teaching, and widens the contents and ways of Chinese learning in junior middle school. The practical resource package for grade seven students was systematically developed which will stimulate students’ learning interests and ability, improve students’ understanding and ability to use language and words, and improve the interpersonal communication ability. Meanwhile, the relationship between students and teacher will be promoted and teachers’ professional career will be developed.
