Countermeasures&Situation Analyses Of International Exchange For Secondary Vocational School Students

The12th Five-year period is crucial for Shanghai to upgrade to a "four-center"&international metropolis. Internationalization of Education is the inevitable choice for Shanghai to accomplish her mission, which is fixed by the Mid/Long Term Plan of Educational Reform and Development at the level of both the Shanghai city and the P.R.C. It is also essential for Shanghai Education to improve her quality and enhance the connotation development, satisfying the citizen’s needs for the variety of educaion.The thesis starts from the issue, the International Education Exchanges for Secondary Vocational School Students, with Student’s Multi-growth Paths as breaking points. It keeps focus of the Shanghai Vocational Education on the Student’s Sustainable Development, especially under the background of Innovation-driving and Development transforming. Since the Reform and Opening-up in1978, China has adapted the advanced models of overseas vocational education, like Dual-system, new Apprenticeship system, CBE, TAFE and Ternary system etc. Is Shanghai likely to creat her own model combined with the local economic development after further absorbing and internalizing? Is Shanghai Educaiton able to foster an evaluation system and some professional standards competing with the foreign educations?The thesis is based on the prosperous phenomenon of vocational education in the period of economic transforming and its gains will be applied to more practice to improve labour talent’s quality.
