The Situation And Countermeasures Study About The Vocational Education Development In HaiXi Of Qinghai Province

The ethical vocational education is the footstone of a rapid advanced economical development of a nation as well as the path to inherit the national culture and the stepping stone of the national comprehensive strength. It is the region of many ethnic minorities live in Qinghai Province. It is a special region in our country which has many of characteristics. There are lots of minorities in this statewide, for example Han, Mongolian, Tibetan, Hui, Buyi, Dong, Manchu, Tujia, Elunchun etc.What is the status of national education development? What are the problems of national vocational education development? Can we increase some means inheritance and heritage of national culture in the development process of National vocational education? National vocational education can embark on effective education track? What are the mechanisms of national vocational education for sustainable development can be built?The author worked out the first draft of this thesis by means of combining of field research, method of literature, interview survey and questionnaire surveys etc. The author tries to study all aspects of the HaiXi vocational and technical schools. On this basis, the author trying to put forward the scientific strategies and measures to address related issues, providing practical experience and theoretical support for the development of vocational education in the province of Qinghai.Taking2008as the starting year, there are five years strong persuasive data. Our data collect from2008to2012, which is true and reliable. Process of conducting situation analysis, we find that a lot of Haixi vocational achievements, such as school construction, student enrollment and teachers in restructuring. Meanwhile, we found Haixi vocational development exist many problems such as lack of insufficient support, not prominent national characteristics and other aspects. On this basis, we proposed specific strategies to "national characteristics" and general education and vocational education combining. Based on the current situation on the survey data, satisfaction survey carried out Haixi vocational school for parents and students, from the perspective of the demand side to provide a reference for the sustainable development of Haixi vocational school.
