| Vocational education of disabilities is an important way to improve the overall qualityand vocational skills of disabilities,and people with disabilities to promote its self-reliance,self-reliance, equality and participation in social life, to become builders of the socialistcause with an important role. Practice has proved that only through education andemployment can be achieved. And to solve the problem to make a living with disabilities,vocational education is particularly critical, because vocational education aimed at peoplelearn skills and abilities, allowing employment to survive, to provide social services.In this study, the method of literature, historical analysis, comparative studies,investigation and logical analysis, interviews et al were used,trying to get a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth analysis of the issue of vocational education for persons withdisabilities. Specifically,this study is divided into three parts:Part I: This chapter analyzes the research background, combing the research status ofpersons with disabilities vocational education, basic research ideas developed in this studyand research methods, outlines the basic framework of this study, and innovative researchon the and challenges exist analyzed.Part II: This chapter begins with the concept of higher vocational education weredetermined with disabilities, and people with disabilities vocational education objectcharacteristics were analyzed. Then on the disabled vocational education history, peoplewith disabilities vocational education theory are discussed. Finally, the need for thedevelopment of higher vocational education for people with disabilities were analyzed.Studies suggest that: Disabled vocational education object is18years old, have a highschool or equivalent, young people with disabilities graduated from secondary vocationalschools, high school or vocational high school. These groups have individual differences,psychological and disadvantaged groups, after the expiration of such characteristics.Pointed out that people with disabilities vocational education development of China’seducation is power, building a harmonious society and promote fair internal needseducation.Part III: This part includes three chapters. they are chapter thirdã€chapter four andchapter five. respectively, each chapter discussed the situation〠problem and developcountermeasures of higher vocational education of disability. First, the college numbers ofvocational education, institutional structures, regional structure, formal structure,enrollment and discipline structure were analyzed. The results revealed that the traditionalconcept is stubborn, the propaganda is not enough; single entrance examination work isconfusion, enrollment size is limited; Teachers strength is weak, the specialized degree islowï¼›the fund is not Insufficient,special education allowance is unknown; Specialties setting is traditional, Course content is single; the cohesion is lack, support system is weak;rights protection is ineffective, the law is inadequate. Recommendation: to increaseenrollment propaganda, perfect single entrance test system; improve teacher trainingmechanism, strengthening the teaching staff; balanced regional distribution structure,exploring diverse school; adjust professional structure, optimize the curriculum; expandthe size of the school, improve the management mode; combined focus on practical,flexible teaching methods; improve the legal protection system and establish long-termdevelopment mechanism. |
