Education is a fundamental project of vital and lasting importance for generations andteacher comes to the first in prospering education. At present, the development of preschooleducation begins to be focused in China and many kinds of early childhood educationalinstitutions spring up like mushrooms after the rain, then the competition of excellentpreschool teachers will become fiercer. Teacher appointment system is preferred by allkinds of kindergartens along with the perfection of recruitment system. Teacherappointment system makes teachers’ turnover more frequent than ever before, which bringsconvenience for sharing the recourses of excellent teachers and also challenges forstabilizing teachers.A great number of teachers in enterprise kindergartens, who have got into preschooleducation career since1980s, are closing to their retirement. More and more new teachersare going to come into enterprise kindergartens in the coming years without opportunitiesof government or enterprise staffing levels, which aggravates teachers’ turnover inenterprise kindergartens.In my two years’ graduate studying in Anshan Normal University in LiaoningProvince, I learned that the issue of teachers’ turnover is serious in enterprise kindergartensby communicating with kindergarten leader, vice leader, experienced teachers and newteachers, during noviciate and internship in a famous enterprise kindergarten of Anshan inLiaoning Province. The issue is vital to be resolved for kindergarten’s healthy and stabledevelopment. Based on the common phenomenon of teachers’ turnover in enterprisekindergartens, the research investigates the situations of teachers’ turnover in theenterprise’s seventeen kindergartens under the background of institutional reform in enterprise kindergartens.The thesis gets to recognize the situation of teachers’ turnover in the enterprisekindergartens by practical survey, from the aspects of numbers, genders, regions, majors,posts, ages, formation, titles, school ages and education backgrounds etc. The thesisdiscusses its causes and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to stabilize teachersin enterprise kindergartens, and expects for promoting kindergarten teachers’ scientific,reasonable and well-organized turnover and providing valuable theoretical foundation forstable and sustainable development of enterprise kindergarten teachers.
